Freight Brokerage Service.

A freight broker arranges the transportation of shippers' property by an authorized carrier for a fee. A broker is unlimited by the mode of transportation required (e.g. air, motor, rail, water, etc.). Arrange Freight will provide freight brokerage services as a non-asset based transportation provider, which means we can be flexible and focus on seeking solutions that work for our customers, rather than focusing on asset utilization. The Company's value proposition includes providing customers one-stop-shopping for least-cost, reliable freight transportation using qualified, dependable, safe carriers; adding value by performing traffic management functions and creating efficient market conditions. The Company will add value to carriers by performing sales and marketing functions outside the carrier's normal geographic area.

Arrange Freight will leverage its knowledge of transportation and property brokerage to identify and locate carriers that have made deliveries and are in pursuit of loads to deliver on the backhaul. These carriers can be offered to shippers at very advantageous rates. This is the value of aligning shippers with carriers on the backhaul who are striving to reduce empty miles.
